Department: Mathematics & Computer Science

The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science offers programs in Mathematics (both BA and BS) and a BS in Computer Science. Additionally, the Department provides minors in both Mathematics and Computer Science.

The objectives of the Department are threefold:

1. To prepare students for professional careers in mathematics and computer science.

2. To meet the mathematical needs of students majoring in other disciplines.

3. To help all students develop or enhance their basic mathematical skills and understanding.

The Department aims to achieve these objectives through its course offerings and a variety of supplemental learning resources.
