First-Year Experience (FYE) programs are designed to serve as additional support to new students as they continue their acclimation to the college. Offerings include Student Success Sessions which assist in the strengthening of soft skills, self-management, decision-making, accountability and more. First-year students may also participate in the FYE Digital Badge Program which acknowledges accomplishments within the first two consecutive semesters of a student’s journey as they enhance their knowledge of the college, embark on career exploration, and learn strategies that are beneficial to academic and professional success.
