York College’s Continuing and Professional Education Center (CPEC) continues its 25+ year mission serving Southeast Queens residents with non-degree foundational education, career training programs and personal enrichment courses. CPEC delivers innovative programs in Health, Business and Technology at affordable tuition. Whether starting a new career or seeking a promotion, CPEC offers unique trainings/programs key for professional advancement with the convenience of evening and weekend courses, flexible in-person, hybrid, and online course options.

In addition to tuition-based courses, CPEC’s grant-funded Workforce Step-Up program offers six (6) courses: Bookkeeping, Project Management, IRS Enrolled Agent (Basic & Advanced), Healthcare Interpreter and LCSW Exam Bootcamp at no cost. All designed to provide upskilling opportunities in high-demand industries.
