An introduction to behavior modification-theory, practice and research-including the applied analysis of human behavior techniques for behavioral intervention and change; topics include the examination of learning theory approaches to abnormal behavior, parenting, education, everyday social behavior (e.g. shyness, obesity,smoking, etc.), self-control, physical illness and social systems; special consideration of the ethics of behavior modification is included. One or more field trips may be required.
