l) PHIL 202 is being introduced to the Minor in Music Education as it is a foundational course and better parallels the requirements of the Minor in Education;

2) Since MUS 225 has been recently added to the B.Mus. in Music, MUS 225 is being removed from the Minor in Music Education to allow Music Majors (who are the most likely candidates to adopt the minor) to add a Minor in Music Education to their B.Mus. in Music; and,

3) The titles of MUS 191/192/193/194/195 have been recently revised to better reflect the pedagogical emphasis of the courses, parallel MUS 295: Vocal Pedagogy, and differentiate from the performance instruction courses MUS 186/286/386/486: Studies in Musical Performance I-IV.
