This course examines environmental management from the perspectives of government regulators, private corporations, and nonprofit organizations. Students will examine the various Environmental Acts as well as have a n understanding of Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; and other relevant laws and regulations dealing with air and water quality and the pollution effects.
