Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM)

A holistic view of conventional and complementary health care and promotion. This course will examine alternative health care therapies, including but not limited to mind/body interventions, manual healing, lifestyle modification, and pertinent cultural considerations, with an emphasis on the theory, research, materials and methodologies that underlie these different approaches to healing and wellness.
