The course will provide students with an introduction to the four areas of Mortgage Banking. The four areas are: Origination, Underwriting, Secondary Markets and Appraisals. The course will cover the function and purpose of each area, how the areas interact, and how practicing professionals operate in each of these areas. Not open to students with credit in BUS 325.
